** Due to the close proximity in our shuttle vehicle, we will be suspending shuttle services starting tomorrow. We are cleaning all customer service waiting for areas throughout the day and have seating options that are spread out to comply with social distancing. As we celebrated 40 years of service in March, we reflected upon how amazing our customers are in your support over the years. We want to thank you and also let you know that in light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic we need your support now more than ever! We are taking precautions internally and are cleaning our dealership nightly, as we always have.
We also have the following options for those that are not wanting to travel and are social distancing at this time:
- At-home delivery services with over the phone pre-qualifications services. We would like to help you take advantage of the lowering rates and not leave your home at this time. We are offering at-home purchasing and test driving services with one of our representatives. Those representatives are pre-screened as healthy and will take precautions and social distancing upon arrival. Anything that can be done over the phone or virtually (including digital walk around videos) will be completed and then anything that needs to be completed in-person such as signing paperwork, visual inspection of vehicles, and test driving, will be done so at your location.
- Vehicle cleaning after at home and in-dealership services. Each vehicle that is test driven at our dealership or using our at-home services will then be taken directly to our detail department to be cleaned before re-entering our inventory.
- Loaner vehicles. You can call ahead of time to schedule a loaner vehicle for extended services. All loan vehicles will be dropped off to our detail department to fully clean in between customers and shuttle vehicle will be disinfected between runs.
- Internally, we have a strict company policy in place. As part of that, we have limited all group meetings and have switched fully to virtual training and group chat systems to comply with social distancing standards.Any customers or Coastal team members that are showing physical signs of illness will be asked to leave for the safety of our other customers and team within our dealership.
Nissan Service Department Hours and Updates
Nissan Service Department will be temporarily closed on Saturdays until further notice.
Chevy and Cadillac Service Department Hours and Updates
We are offering roadside assistance even if your vehicle is out of warranty. We will be offering dead battery, lockout (locked outside of your vehicle), and tire roadside assistance for those customers living in Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, and Georgetown from 7 AM – 4 PM Monday – Friday. Payment can also be taken remotely as well. Appointments will be first come first serve. Please call or text (843) 232-6113 to arrange or for more information. Vehicle Pickup Information
In light of our shuttle being down due to social distancing standards, we have set up a vehicle pickup service for our customers living in Pawleys Island, Georgetown, and Murrells Inlet from 7 AM – 2 PM Monday – Friday. We will pick up your vehicle for service and then drop it back off to your house when completed. These services are by appointment only. Payments can be made remotely as well.
