If there is one thing we know about car buying it’s that we know you have a wide variety of dealerships to choose from. So why should you buy from or service your vehicle at Coastal Nissan or Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac? Let me help you out:

1. We are a family owned & operated dealership for over 37 years!

That’s right! Coastal Nissan was founded in 1980 by Jim English & the Chevrolet-Cadillac franchise was acquired 10 years after that. So, we have been in business for a long time. We know how to treat our customers and have been in business for a long time because of our customer service. The dealership has 1st, 2nd, & now 3rd generations of the English family working under its’ roof who value the importance of giving every customer an excellent experience.

2. $50 for every car we sell goes to charity & local events.

If there is anything we believe in at Coastal, it’s giving back to the community. We have been part of the South Strand community for such a long time & want to see it thrive. Just last year we gave $10,000 to St. Frances Animal Center in Georgetown, SC to help provide a safe & loving environment for stray animals. We have also sponsored the Annual Shag Festival in Georgetown, SC which gives funds to aid in research to a cure for Alzheimer’s.  There are plenty more so check them out here!

3. Coastal Rewards program

Who likes saving money? I know I do! So why not save some money on your service? With our Coastal AdvantEdge program you earn points for every dollar you spend in our service department. Once you rack up some points, you can then use those to save money on your next service visit! Or even earn up to $500 to add to your trade if you end up buying with us. Not only that, but we offer free oil changes (3 Years at Nissan & 2 at Chevrolet), lifetime multi-point inspections, & much more. You can check out the list for both stores right here.

4. Our sales & service departments are highly ranked in customer satisfaction.

All our departments are ranked through a Customer Satisfaction Index by the manufacturers. We have to meet a minimum requirement, but as of right now we are far outranking the average dealer in terms of customer satisfaction! 5. Free car wash

While we do not have this service right this moment, it is coming soon! Prior to the summer we were offering free car washes, but then we experienced high volume & could no longer offer this without having customer’s cars too long. So we solved this by building our own car wash! We are expecting this to be open by Spring 2018 so stay tuned.

6. Overnight test drives

We know that buying a vehicle is a really important decision, so in order to help with that decision we let you take the car home overnight. That way you can see if it fits in the garage & fits with your lifestyle. It’s absolutely free to do it and all you have to do is come back the next day.

7. Factory-trained technicians

While all dealerships under a manufacturer require their technicians to be factory-trained, aftermarket shops do not. We are specialized in Nissan, Chevrolet, & Cadillac models so when something goes wrong on one of these vehicles, we can diagnose the problem easily. Unfortunately with other shops, they are figuring things out as they move along the vehicle and may not know your vehicle like a factory-trained technician would know it.

8. We service all makes & models!

While our name may say “Nissan, Chevrolet, & Cadillac” we service all makes and models. We specialize in these brands, but we are able to look at any vehicle. No matter if you have a Toyota, Jeep, or Acura, we can service it at our dealership!
