After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing, Brooke started her automotive career in 2015. In 2017 Brooke also graduated from the NADA Dealer Academy which prepares current and future dealership leaders to operate a successful and profitable automotive business. While learning all aspects of the business Brooke took on multiple roles in sales, marketing, finance, sales management, and currently executive management. In 2022 Brooke was featured in Automotive News 40 Under 40 list. This national honor also landed her seats on various leadership groups and multiple speaking roles including an exclusive interview as an industry outlier in the Automotive Leaders Winning Cultures Webcast in 2023.

Brooke has a passion for seeing people reach their full potential and helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. In partnership with her team Brooke has created the Mission and Core Values that are the foundation of Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan today.

While Brooke's compassionate strive for excellence excels her in every aspect of her career it also propels her in her personal life as well. As a competitive CrossFit athlete, sister, daughter, wife, and friend Brooke takes any opportunity to propel her own personal growth while also helping others achieve their dreams. She credits the automotive business for helping cultivate her drive and confidence!

Originally from Georgetown, SC Brooke now resides in Murrells Inlet, SC with her husband. They love to take any opportunity to explore the beautify our area has to offer, enjoying outside activities as much as possible.

Originally from Georgetown, SC now residing in Pawleys Island, SC Brandon Brown is a natural leader. Brandon's coaching experience in multiple sports for various age levels has exemplified his already natural leadership abilities in which he applies every day as an industry mentor and coach in the automotive industry. Prior to his current position, Brandon's career in the automotive industry spanned multiple positions including a record breaking finance manager. Brandon has applied his industry knowledge and coaching ability to cultivate Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan's current culture by spearheading it's ongoing mission and core values.

Brandon's inspiring mentorship for others has led to year over year recording breaking efforts from those he has mentored. Brandon's uplifting vision is not only contagious but has led him to national spots in podcasts like Unleash the Champ and Car Motivators along with multiple speaking opportunities.

During his free time you will find Brandon with his wife enjoying all that our community has to offer, or volunteering with the local Georgetown sports programs.

Ben Dameron, General Sales Manager of Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan, brings over thirteen years of automotive experience to our team. Born in South Korea, Ben grew up in Leonardtown, Maryland. After serving in the United States Navy, and receiving accolades in Naval Nuclear Propulsion, he moved to Myrtle Beach, SC and started a successful career in the automotive field bringing a wealth of knowledge and structure to Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan. After rising through the sales ranks, Ben has excelled as a leader in Coastal's training program and is verified through multiple General Motors and Nissan certification programs. His strong work ethic has set the standard for dedication and commitment throughout his professional career. In his spare time, Ben runs a successful social media platform enlightening viewers with rare footage of the Oceans floor off the coast of South Carolina. He also loves spending time outside enjoying photography, golf, fishing, boating, and off roading. He currently lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife and four children.

Bradley Watts is a pre-owned vehicle manager with a background in operation management. With over 15 years of business management experience holding multiple certifications, Bradley is a driven individual always placing customer needs in a high regard. Training directly with some of the top vehicle appraisal vendors, Bradley has a wealth of current vehicle appraisal knowledge. Originally from Florence, South Carolina, Bradley moved to Pawleys Island after graduating from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina. Bradley loves to spend his free time enjoying the town he lives in with his wife and two children, admiring the world through his children's eyes. Bradley's family values carry over to all aspects of his life personally and professionally.

Edward Rodriguez seamlessly merges the precision of his military experience with the dynamic drive of the automotive business, leaning on leadership skills and holding an unyielding commitment to our mission at Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan. Edward began his life of service in the United Stated Army, serving for eight years. While in service, Edward received many accolades including the highly renowned EMFB medical badge which has a pass rate of 7% and is one of the highest special skill badges bestowed upon US military personnel. He also received a perfect score on his E5 board, and held an expert marksman title during his entire service. Originally from San Jose California, Edward served overseas in multiple countries and subsequently various states in the United States prior to making the move and calling South Carolina home. Following that move he attended Coastal Carolina University where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. It was then that he took the automotive business by storm advancing from a sales professional to a finance manager, holding various certifications from Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and Nissan along the way. With twenty-two years of advancing automotive experience Edward joined Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan's team in 2022. Now serving as Coastal Nissan's sales manager, Edward brings a vast wealth of the automotive business developing his team as an experienced mentor and leader. Currently residing in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Edward likes to spend his free time with his family, enjoying traveling, fishing, and time on his boat.

Born at a U.S. Air Force Base in Canada Sean Pauley, Service Director for Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan, moved around the United States settling in Myrtle Beach South Carolina after serving in the Navy. Having a passion for vehicles, Sean started his career in Automotive with his first automotive job being in his teens. He then spent his adult career gaining more knowledge and various training certificates focusing on the service and parts area of the automotive field. Sean's valuable hands-on expertise as an advisor and technician brings a wealth of knowledge to his management strategies. Sean has excelled throughout his twenty plus year career at Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan. Gaining multiple manufacture accolades as well as continuing to advance through numerous certifications. Sean loves to spend his free time creating assorted culinary creations on his smoker while enjoying time outside with his daughter and his two dogs.

William Custer, parts director for Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac and Coastal Nissan has lived a life of service that has had a true influence on his current position held. Originally from Windber, Pennsylvania, William served his local community as the Mayor of Daisytown Borough, Cambria County, PA. In addition to his civic roles, he was elected to the position of Board Chairman at the Rummel Church of Brethren in Windber, Pennsylvania, and served as the President of the Somerset County Fire Association. All the while, he steadily progressed in the automotive field, holding various parts positions and ultimately reaching a managerial role. He attended the Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center graduating in 1997 and subsequently finishing the NADA Advanced Parts Management certification seminar in 2013. Following his relocation to South Carolina, he applied his extensive 25 years of automotive expertise and customer-centric approach to Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac and Coastal Nissan in 2016. Currently overseeing both General Motors and Nissan parts departments, William has consistently exceeded numerous company objectives while offering invaluable leadership to our parts teams. He has done so while remaining fully certified in both General Motors and Nissan parts designations as well as maintaining an Automotive Service Excellence, ASE-P4, parts specialist certification. William and his wife currently reside in Conway, SC where he is presently a member of the city of Conway's leadership program and is slated to graduate in 2024. William loves to spend time with his wife and friends attending various sport and auto racing events throughout the United States. He also loves music and watching the joy it brings others as a local DJ in his spare time.

Caitlin Negethon is a Director of Brand Development and Experience with an emphasis on SEM, Organic, Social Strategy, Website Management, Business, and Culture Development. With over 15 years of Business and Brand Development experience, including multiple successful ground up projects, she is a driven creative that embodies professional brand and vision, keeping the mission at the forefront. Caitlin has years of departmental and organizational management experience and loves to develop growth with a culture focused atmosphere. Caitlin is also a published author with her first novel published in 2023. She loves to organize events and in her spare time she has served on multiple local boards and volunteers to help strategize for local non-profit fundraising. Caitlin enjoys our wonderful Pawleys Island weather with her rescue dog, spending time with friends and family on the beach, being involved in local tennis, or writing in her spare time. Born in Boston Massachusetts, Caitlin's family has made Pawleys Island their vacation destination since 1990 which drove the decision in her relocation to Pawleys Island in 2004. Caitlin's work is her passion but this community is her love.
